Please prepare the following documents for our team, as they are a required step in our application process:
Income Verification
1. Three (3) Most Recent Paystubs per job.
2. Offer letter if beginning a new job within (7) days of application.
Rental History
1. Landlord information - property name, phone number, rent owed, dates of occupancy. (Minimum last 5 years)
Proof of Identity (Used only to verify applicant identity)
1. Social Security Card.
2. Government Issued picture ID. (Passport, Driver's License, or ID card).
Application Fee: $35 per applicant 18 years old or older
